MINDFUL-Gym™ Exercises


I have recently come out with a series of guided audio mindfulness-based exercises for stress reduction, relaxation & wellness. These are also the mental exercises that i use for my 8-week MINDFUL-Gym program in Malaysia. The mindfulness scripts are adapted from the work of Dr. Tan Eng Kong's 8-week Relaxation-Hypnosis-Meditation program in Sydney.
